For most of her life, health and fitness have been very prominent and important to Tirzah. Exercise has become a stress reliever, so she strives to create an environment that will promote improvement in physical fitness, as well as energy levels, mental sharpness, and overall happiness. Her mission is to improve physical and mental strength through weight training, nutrition, and cardiovascular exercise. Prime physical health is about balancing sleep, exercise, food and water intake, hormones, stress, and more.
